Two great ways to begin the Lord’s Day with us at 9am:

“Christ in the Old Testament” focusing on the book of Isaiah! Taught by Elder Ed Galante. Meets in the Church Library.
Hope you can join us!
Matthew Henry says, “We sanctify God before others, when our conduct invites and encourages them to glorify and honor Him. What was the ground and reason of their hope? We should be able to defend our religion with meekness, in the fear of God. There is no room for any other fears where this great fear is; it disturbs not. The conscience is good, when it does its office well.” Powerful words…
This is the wonderful theme for our first Advent Sunday of 2016! Because of Christ and all He’s done, how then do we live in a dying world in such desperate need of life, peace, joy and hope? Peter gives us and equips us with the right answer!
Please read Psalm 1 to prepare your hearts and minds for worship. “For He alone is worthy… Christ the Lord!” Amen?
Looking forward to our worship of Immanuel together!
This week Pastor Steve unfolds the weighty doctrine of sin found in Ephesians 2:1-3. He’s titled it, “Sinners In The Hands of A Holy God.” May your hearts be stirred to the greatness of our salvation in Jesus because of the forgiveness of the depth of our own sin!
By Horatius Bonar, (Light & Truth: Bible Thoughts & Themes)
This is a powerful and uplifting message on the greatness of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ! It is written by one of my favorite authors in a highly commended to you. May these words cause you a fresh to have hope, trust and assurance in your salvation which is God’s gift of grace to you through Jesus!
Can the Roman Catholic semi-Pelagian gospel of faith plus works, grace plus merit, Christ plus the church, the cross plus the treasury of merit, purgatory, works righteousness, etc. actually bring salvation to a sinner? A Pope? John Paul II didn’t trust in Christ alone, but honored Mary as his coredemptrix and comediatrix. In light of his “sainthood commemoration” here’s the shocking truth.
Living faithfully to the Lord Jesus in any generation is difficult and costly. In part two of Ephesians 5:7-14 Pastor Steve delves further as to what walking in the light truly entails. May this sermon promote courage and victory in your life!
Good morning men! BAND OF BROTHERS meets tomorrow at 8am at our home. We will be grilling outdoors and some amazing coffee for you! Bring fruit or donuts if you’d like!
Discussing: “How To Study God’s Word For Yourself” (pt 2). Please read through 2 Peter 3:8-13 – we will study this text in depth. Again, the goal of this is to equip you with some practical tools in understanding God’s Word more deeply. Don’t miss this!
Looking forward to our fellowship together! Pastor Steve
