On the cross Jesus redeemed us from sin, Satan, death and the demands and penalty of the Law. But even something more profound happened there… God saved us from Himself! Romans 3:21-31

It is where our will is conformed to God’s will. Where our desires are changed to delight in His desires for us (Psalm 37:4). Loving our neighbor in need is not an option in ministry, it is essential. Whether it be to the household of faith (Gal 6:10) or to a hurting stranger in our path (Luke 10:25-37), what a great joy to show God’s visible mercy to others in real and tangible ways (1 John 3:17-18, Matt 25:31-46). I thank The Lord for our church body who live generously to that end. SDG!
