I am honored to invite you to join us on Saturday, May 6th at 7pm and Sunday, May 7th at 10am for a unique weekend of inspiration, Gospel-witness and gospel and Christ-exalting victory.
We are privileged to be hosting Marziyeh and Maryam at our church. Two very remarkable women with a testimony that literally drew worldwide attention. As dear friends, they were raised in Iran and in families that are Muslim. But through God’s sovereign saving grace they came to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savio!. As a result, they began to share their faith by handing out Bibles from the trunk of their car. They distributed 20,000 Bibles! As you know, to convert to Christianity from Islam is punishable by death and to promote Christianity means certain persecution. As a result, they ended up being arrested and spent eight torturous months in Evin Prison in Tehran (one of the worst prisons on the face of this earth). They also were on death row to be hanged for their “crimes.”
But God did not forget them! They were finally released as their imprisonment became a worldwide humanitarian effort. Now, just seven years later, we are honored to bring them to the Palm City area. Looking forward to seeing you and our fellowship together!
